We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please include proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at tulipandco.au@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at tulipandco.au@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos if relevant. Your rights under Australian and New Zealand consumer law still apply.
